Parkview M&E have been appointed to carry out design, install & commissioning of the mechanical, electrical & plumbing services for all of the schemes 28 flats.
The scheme is being built above an existing block of shops including Santander & M&CO as an ‘air rights’ development, this being the 3rd air rights development we have undertaken.

Conversion of the king William pub in Pimlico, London into high end dwellings, a challenging build due to the age of the building and the nature of the conversion.
The project consists of 5 flats & a mews house with no expense spared from the client investing heavily on the end user experience

- Full design and installation of the electrical distribution, BT, Data, IRS & fire alarm
- AV system including ceiling speakers in each room
- Smart lighting throughout, scene setting controlled via rako dimmer racks
- All linked to a tablet including IP door entry system
- Full mechanical design and installation including, mains cold water, boosted cold water services & ventilation.
